Decent value, small issue

I rented a Toyota Corolla for a week-long business trip. The car itself was fine, good on gas, and the price was competitive. Pickup at the SFO location was pretty smooth, didn't take too long. My only real gripe was the GPS navigation unit I added on. It was a bit outdated, and sometimes slow to react. For the extra cost, I expected something a little more modern. Most of their rentals come with unlimited mileage for domestic travel. International is a different story, but for within the US, you should be fine.

It's pretty smooth actually. You do all the paperwork online beforehand, then just go straight to your car. Just gotta make sure you're signed up for Alamo Insiders.
